Eligibility Requirements
To benefit from this exemption, applicants must:
Hold a valid work permit
Have an active job offer in one of the designated construction occupations
Possess a registered apprenticeship agreement with a licensed employer in Ontario

Industrial and Commercial Electrician (NOC 72011)
Carpenter (NOC 72310)
Bricklayer (NOC 72320)
Plumber (NOC 72300)
Heating and Cooling Systems Mechanic (NOC 72402)
Crane Operator (NOC 73400)
Application Details
Eligible individuals can apply through IRCC’s online immigration portal. Applicants must submit supporting documents, including:
A valid work permit
A current job offer in an eligible occupation
A signed apprenticeship agreement with a licensed Ontario employer
